I was approached by Daytona Beach, Florida attorneys Laurence Bartlett and Kathleen Crotty about redesigning their firm’s web site — the original site had been built some years prior by one of the firm’s partners, and the practice had outgrown it. Kathleen heard about my studio from John Shelley, CPA, another client of mine in Port Orange, and after a few conversations she decided I was the right person for the job.

The partners also asked for a new logo for their signage, collateral materials, business cards and stationery. It was a wonderful opportunity to work on an overall identity for a client. I created a logo and logotype that boldly reflected the firm’s half century of experience in the legal profession.

Kathleen and her husband and law partner Laurence Bartlett are passionate about the law, and have decades of experience in several distinct areas of jurisprudence. We wanted to give each field full exposure on the front page of the site. Using large headings for each section, prospective clients can quickly load the page dealing with the field of law he or she is interested in.

Crotty & Bartlett’s love of the law and of their clients comes through in their writing. All of the copy on the site was produced by the team, and shows the respect they have for their profession, and the gravitas with which they approach their work.
